Riddoch Leaders Program

Research has shown that young people now take three and a half years to settle and develop the skills required for success in the workplace compared to 30 years ago.

To address this, the Riddoch Business and Community Association (RBCA) has partnered with Generation Thrive to establish the Riddoch Leaders program, aimed at developing social and emotional capabilities while increasing personal accountability, self-leadership, resilience and well-being. The results from this program speak volumes.

The Riddoch Leaders program is open to anyone aged 15-35 years of age and involves self-directed learning through an engaging online platform. It’s aimed at trainees, apprentices, front-of-business staff, and high school and university students. The 12-week online program includes five facilitated group workshops, four individual personal leadership coaching sessions and a practical toolkit designed to provide the skills, habits and attitudes to thrive across all areas of their lives.

2023 will see the second round of this program, with the first Riddoch Leaders group graduating from the program in December 2022.

Participation in this program costs $1250 plus GST per participant. Applications for the program close on April 19, 2023. To express your interest for the program, please click here.
For further information, please download the program flyer or visit Generation Thrive’s website: www.generationthrive.com.au
An information session will be held on Wednesday, April 5 with the program commencing on Monday, May 1 2023.
