Riddoch Leaders Program

Research has shown that young people now take three and a half years to settle and develop the skills required for success in the workplace compared to 30 years ago.

To address this, the Riddoch Business and Community Association (RBCA) has partnered with Generation Thrive to establish the Riddoch Leaders program, aimed at developing social and emotional capabilities while increasing personal accountability, self-leadership, resilience and well-being.

The Riddoch Leaders program is open to anyone aged 15-35 years of age and involves self-directed learning through an engaging online platform. It’s aimed at trainees, apprentices, front-of-business staff, and high school and university students. The 12-week online program includes five facilitated group workshops, four individual personal leadership coaching sessions and a practical toolkit designed to provide the skills, habits and attitudes to thrive across all areas of their lives.

The RBCA is offering two full scholarships for the program valued at $1250 each. Applications for the scholarships close on August 1.
